This is an appeal from a judgment entered in a court-tried case in favor of the respondent Rosen, Trustee (Trustee), in the amount of $8,232.93 and costs, based upon certain leases and rental agreements between the Best Truck Lines, Inc. (Best), as lessee, and the Berman Leasing Company (Berman), as lessor.
