This is an unemployment compensation case. Plaintiff-appellant Marjorie F. Laine had been employed by the Louisiana Department of Public Welfare as welfare technician for a period of twelve years. Mrs. Laine requested, and was granted, an early retirement from the department effective March 1, 1974.
