In count I of a seven count information, the defendant, Edgar L. Nance, was charged with the robbery of Daniel Short on May 28, 1975, under section 28-414, R.R.S.1943. Count II charged the defendant with the use of a firearm in the commission of that robbery under section 28-1011.21, R.R.S.1943.
