Plaintiff, First National Bank of Abbeville, filed a petition June 11, 1975, in the Succession of Adrien Nunez to recover $6,862.69 from defendants: Mary Olga Pickett, discharged administratrix of the succession; and her former surety, John Nunez. This amount was alleged to have been erroneously paid to Ms. Pickett by the bank from an account owned by the heirs of another Adrien Nunez.
