This case is before us on an intermediate appeal from a transfer certificate of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit for Butte County. By its transfer certificate, the circuit court transferred L.V.A., a juvenile, to adult court for criminal proceedings upon two counts of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
