PER CURIAM.

Defendant Vidi and his insurer appeal a final judgment for the plaintiff in an action for damages resulting from personal injury to a passenger in a small boat. The evidence established a prima facie case of negligence in the operation of the boat. Defendant Vidi was called as a witness by the plaintiff. The defendants had no further witness on the question of liability. The court directed a verdict for the plaintiff on that issue and submitted the question...
