This suit grows out of an incident on defendant's Jackson Avenue bus, which was stopped in the course of picking up and discharging passengers at Canal and Baronne Streets on February 20, 1974, at approximately 9:00 or 9:15 p.m. Defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff who sustained injury to her right ankle and knee when she was pushed to the floor by an unruly crowd of boarding teenagers who rushed on the bus after she deposited her...
