Billy Miller, an employee of Computerized Natural Resources (CNR), instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by him while he was assisting in dismantling and moving an oil rig. The defendants are L. J. Denny and Son Trucking Company and its insurer, State Automobile Insurance Association. Highlands Insurance Company, the workmen's compensation insurer of CNR, intervened seeking to recover from defendants the compensation payments...
