This appeal by defendant landowners is another stage in a drawn out series of negotiations and district court decrees bearing upon what was determined to be a public nuisance by the Boone County Board of Health. Beginning in 1960 the Board has attempted to deal with the problem of accumulated junk on defendants' properties.
