A jury found defendant guilty of first-degree robbery (Section 560.120, RSMo 1969) but could not agree on punishment. The trial court sentenced defendant to twenty years' imprisonment. Two witnesses identified defendant as being among five men who robbed a restaurant on March 18, 1974. Defendant appeals, raising seven points relied on.
