PER CURIAM:

In the early morning of December 23, 1975, two men, one armed with a shotgun, the other with a pistol, forced their way into Charles Gaynor's residence, demanding to be told the whereabouts of Gaynor's roommate. A struggle ensued, resulting in Gaynor being hit over the head with the shotgun.1 He was also struck in the back with "paper wadding" from the "blank bullets" fired from the pistol.
