No. 40110.

237 N.W.2d 861 (1976)

195 Neb. 321

STATE of Nebraska, Appellee, v. Jessie BROWN, Appellant.

Supreme Court of Nebraska.

January 29, 1976.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Paul E. Watts, J. Joseph McQuillan, Gerald E. Moran, Robert C. Sigler, Omaha, for appellant.

Paul L. Douglas, Atty. Gen., Paul W. Snyder, Sp. Asst. Atty. Gen., Lincoln, for appellee.

Heard before WHITE, C. J., and SPENCER, BOSLAUGH, McCOWN, NEWTON, CLINTON and BRODKEY, JJ.

NEWTON, Justice.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute or deliver. There are three assignments of error: First, that the court failed to suppress evidence obtained as the result of a wrongful stop, detention, and search; second, insufficiency of the evidence; and third, the court erroneously resubmitted the case to the jury to correct a verdict. We affirm the judgment of the District Court.
