This is an action ex delicto for damages arising from personal injuries received by the plaintiff, Lucille Rough, a guest passenger in an automobile involved in a rear-end collision. Plaintiffs, Robert and Lucille Rough, were guest passengers in an automobile owned and operated by Daniel L.
