This is a boundary dispute. Plaintiff seeks to establish a boundary between property belonging to herself and contiguous property belonging to defendant, as well as the removal of a three-foot encroaching fence, allegedly located on plaintiff's property between the contiguous parcels. The encroaching fence is located between lot 9, owned by defendant, and lot 10, owned by plaintiff, as designated on a court-ordered survey by Gandolfo, Kuhn & Associates...
