Judgment unanimously reversed, without costs, and matter remitted to parole board for further proceedings in accordance with the following memorandum: Petitioner is presently imprisoned in Auburn Correctional Facility under a two and one-third to seven-year sentence. On February 11, 1975 he met with the parole board and was denied parole without any reason being assigned for the denial.
