This case involves legal questions certified to this Court by the district court of Traill County, pursuant to Chapter 32-24, North Dakota Century Code. Sufficient facts were stipulated to support the questions, and from the implication in the order by the district court we assume that the stipulation was adopted as a finding of fact.
