BRADLEY, Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment against Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Ala bama, a Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Blue Cross, in the amount of $2,727.35 and costs, rendered by the Circuit Court of Tallapoosa County.
