Jones, incompetent, brought a "Citation to Discover Assets" against respondent, Bernard L. Jones, pursuant to section 183 of the Probate Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 3, par. 183.) After numerous hearings, the trial court found that the respondent had received $33,568...
