After trial by jury, the defendant Janet L. White was convicted on indictment No. 82711 for armed robbery, and on indictment No. 82713 for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and sentenced.1 She was also convicted on indictment No. 82712 for unlawful possession of a narcotic drug (marihuana) found on her person after her arrest; the indictment was placed on file.
