Plaintiff appeals from a denial of his complaint for writ of mandamus requiring defendant board to issue a contract to him as a tenured teacher. At primary issue is whether a school board need determine within its official minutes that a probationary teacher's services are unsatisfactory, and the reasons for such a finding.
