This is a motion by the plaintiff for an order: (1) vacating the order of this court of November 7, 1975 which held the plaintiff in contempt of court for failing to pay money to defendant Cora E. Trask on the ground that sections 233, 236, 237 and 245 of the Domestic Relations Law of the State of New York are unconstitutional; and (2) setting aside, nunc pro tunc the alimony provisions of the judgment
