The plaintiff obtained judgment in a motor vehicle tort action against the defendant's insured and brought this bill to reach and apply the defendant's obligation to satisfy that judgment. The defendant argues that it has no obligation to satisfy the original judgment because that judgment was invalid for want of jurisdiction over its insured. See Rogan v. Liberty Mut. Ins.
