STATE v. ANDREWS

No. 76-36.

339 So.2d 716 (1976)

The STATE of Florida, Appellant, v. Pauline Ann ANDREWS, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

December 1, 1976.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard E. Gerstein, State Atty., and John H. Lipinski, Asst. State Atty., for appellant.

Phillip A. Hubbart, Public Defender, and Thomas G. Murray, Asst. Public Defender, Miami, for appellee.

Before PEARSON, HENDRY and HAVERFIELD, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

The appellant, State of Florida, has appealed from an order granting appellee's motion to dismiss a count in an information charging her with carrying a concealed firearm.

We have carefully considered appellant's contentions on appeal in the light of the record on appeal, briefs and arguments of counsel and have concluded that no reversible error has been demonstrated.
