Jerry Mark Quinn was convicted by a jury of sale of marihuana. New trial was denied, sentence was adjudged, Quinn was placed on probation and he now appeals.

Appellant's principal contention is that he was entitled to a new trial by reason of evidence relating to the credibility of the prosecution's principal witness, which evidence was not known to him...
