The defendant and a co-defendant were charged with armed robbery, contrary to MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, and tried separately. Defendant was found guilty as charged by a jury in Genesee County Circuit Court and sentenced to a term of 16 years and 8 months to 25 years in prison. Defendant appeals as of right.
