ERWIN, Justice.

This civil appeal arises out of a judgment of the Superior Court in a trespass and replevin action. Appeal is taken from the judgment awarding Carrie A. Shelden recovery of an Allis Chalmers tractor and $25,000 in punitive damages to be recovered from appellant George Haskins for his conversion and/or wrongful replevin of the tractor. Plaintiff Shelden has filed a cross appeal challenging the trial court's rulings denying her prejudgment...
