DALTON, District Judge.

Otha Taylor, an inmate at the Virginia State Penitentiary, brings this pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus. In his Answer respondent asks for dismissal of the petition. Petitioner questions the admissibility of certain evidence allegedly illegally elicited from him after his arrest.
