This workmen's compensation matter has had a lengthy history in administrative adjudication by the Industrial Commission of Arizona and the appellate courts of this state.

In 1972 the petitioner filed a claim for workmen's compensation benefits for injuries sustained on three separate occasions: October 1971, February 1972 and April 1972. The first two injuries involved his back and are not in dispute on this review. The...
