Appellant was convicted by a jury of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and his sentence was assessed at imprisonment for nine years in the Department of Correction and a fine of $15,000. Appellant first argues for reversal that the the trial court erred in not granting his motion to suppress the items (marijuana) removed from the trunk of appellant's car.
