MARCUS, Justice.
Earnest C. Brown was charged by bill of information with having illegally distributed a controlled dangerous substance, to-wit: heroin, to a person under the age of eighteen, in violation of La.R.S. 40:981. After trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged and was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor. On appeal, defendant relies on five assignments of error for reversal of his conviction and sentence.
