All Star Insurance Corporation, (hereafter, All Star) was the fire insurer of Franklin D. Paul (hereafter, Paul) covering the contents of a building at 1501 Governor Nicholls Street in New Orleans. Certain of the contents of the building were damaged and/or destroyed by fire on October 15, 1973.
