The question on this appeal is the proper construction of the following provision of the last will and testament of George H. Kriter, deceased, to wit: "ITEM II. Any United States Bonds, issued in the joint name of myself and my nephew Robert Slocum, or any others which may be in my possession at the time of my death, shall be delivered to the said Robert Slocum or other designated beneficiaries."
