MEMORANDUM.

The order should be unanimously modified by deleting the provisions setting down for immediate trial the issue of whether the threshold figure of $500 has been met under the provisions of article XVIII of the Insurance Law and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs.

This appeal poses the question of whether the bill of a psychiatrist is properly includable in the computation of the threshold figure...
