BLISS, Judge:

Appellant, Carlton Raymond Owens, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case Nos. CRF-75-3976 and CRF-75-3979, for the offense of Robbery With Firearms, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1973, § 801. He was tried to a jury, and convicted.
