Plaintiffs, Deputy United States Marshals for the Eastern District of Virginia, bring this action under the Tucker Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346(a)(2) to recover overtime compensation allegedly due them under 5 U.S.C. § 5542. The action is brought pursuant to Rule 23, Fed.R.Civ.P. on behalf of all persons who are now or have been Deputy United States Marshals for the Eastern District of Virginia for the six years immediately...
