Cameron Crew Boats, Inc. and Cameron Boat Rentals, Inc. were the owners and operators of the crew boat M/V Gulf Mist, which was acquired on March 4, 1970, from Swiftships, Inc., the builder. Among the equipment installed in the boat by Swiftships was a Twin Disc MG 514 clutch, manufactured by Twin Disc, Inc. The clutch had been purchased by Swiftships from Sewart Supply, Inc., a distributor for Twin Disc.
