Plaintiff, Eddie Martin, filed this suit, individually, and on behalf of his minor daughter, Mary Elizabeth Martin, to recover damages for personal injuries to the minor inflicted by defendant, Lucille Richard. An additional plaintiff is the minor's mother, Mrs. Mary Delores Martin.
