This case is an attempted appeal from an order of the Railroad Commission to a District Court. It involves the construction of the Mineral Interest Pooling Act, Article 6008c, Vernon's Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat. Ann., commonly known as the Compulsory Pooling Act. The Trial Court dismissed the appeals to it of the Appellant, The Superior Oil Company, and the Appellant, Exxon Corporation....
