CASE SUMMARY

This is an appeal by Defendant-Appellant Robert D. Lucus (Lucus) from a trial court judgment of $15,800 in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Roberta L. Richardson (Richardson) upon her complaint for personal injuries and property damage sustained in an automobile collision with Lucus, claiming insufficient evidence to support the trial court's judgment.
