Judgment affirmed.

The case is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for proceedings to direct appellant to surrender himself to said court in order that execution of the judgment be commenced or resumed (CPL 460.50, subd 5). We note that we recently reversed the conviction of one of appellant's codefendants and ordered a new trial (People v Banks, 45 A.D.2d 1024). We do not find that the reasons for the reversal...
