We are concerned in this appeal with the custody of six-year-old Benton M. White, Jr. (Ben), as ordered by decree of the trial court entered February 15, 1974, in which his father, Benton M. White, was granted a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from his mother, Karen B. White, on the ground of desertion.
