Defendants S.T. Avenger ("the Avenger") and its owner Ocean Couriers, Inc. ("Ocean Couriers") renew their motion made pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 3 for a stay of these proceedings pending determination of the controversy by arbitration. The earlier motion was denied, this Court stating in a memorandum decision dated December 18, 1973 that there was sufficient question concerning the identity of the parties to the arbitration...
