We decide in this case the merit of the constitutional attacks made upon Ga. L. 1975, p. 2512, a special Act which provides an election procedure for the recall of commissioners of Douglas County.1 The trial court upheld the Act against the conten ions of appellant, the previously elected chairman of the Board of Commissioners, who was removed from office by the electorate at a recall election.
