Plaintiff, the appellant herein, is the owner of a tract of land, bounded on the westerly side by the northeasterly right of way line of the Ohio Turnpike; on the northerly side by the southeasterly line of the Anthony Wayne Trail (the abandoned Miami and Erie Canal); on the easterly side by the westerly right of way line of the Toledo Terminal Railroad and on the southerly side by the southerly right of way line of the abandoned Toledo-Maumee
