Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in the estate tax of the Estate of George C. DeVos in the amount of $3,805 and an addition to tax under section 6651(a), I.R.C. 1954,1 for failure to timely file the estate tax return in the amount of $5,142.
