LEMMON, Judge.

This is an action for damages resulting from a fire allegedly caused by the negligence of an employee of Bailey Electric Company, Inc. The fire began on Bailey's business premises and spread to the adjoining apartment building owned by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ayala. The judgment, rendered after a trial on the merits, awarded Mrs. Ayala the cost of repairing the building and damages for the wrongful death of her husband, who sustained a fatal heart attack...
