This is an appeal from a judgment wherein respondent was awarded possession in its suit for unlawful detainer and the court denied relief on appellant's counterclaim for a declaratory judgment that Missouri statutes with reference to extrajudicial foreclosure are unconstitutional under the due process clauses of the federal and state constitutions.
