Leo J. Etienne claims damages for personal injuries sustained by him when a gin pole truck he was near came in contact with a high voltage electric wire. The suit was dismissed as to some defendants, but those remaining at the time of the trial were (1) James Broussard, driver of the truck; (2) Ralph Indest, d/b/a Woodward Indest, owner of the truck and the employer of Broussard; and (3) Home Indemnity Company, the insurer of Indest under a liability...
