The plaintiffs-appellants (Sisters) brought an action to set aside the deed by which their elderly brother, Alfred Young, conveyed his farm to the defendants-appellees (Conder), the present owners, alleging incompetency of the grantor, undue influence and gross inadequacy of consideration.
