OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. The original conviction was that of felony theft.

The record reflects that appellant, then nineteen years old, was placed on probation on April 11, 1973. On August 30, 1973, the State filed its motion to revoke probation. A capias was issued and it appears that the appellant was arrested on September 4, 1973, and subsequently wrote the judge that she was pregnant...
